Today I had woken up with a strong craving for a healthy breakfast, but I myself was too lazy to make it because i thought I was running late for work; which i had noticed when I was woken by my twin brother @mattbarzz doing the recycling. Usually waking up to that you begin to think to yourself "NA I'm going back to sleep!" which by the way I didn't because I started to motivate and encourage myself with a small workout and treating myself to a delicious, healthy breakfast. 
 
THIS IS BARZZLOCKS HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, ENJOY! 


A delightful bowl of yogurt that contained a mixed combination of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and granola.
